Select "Contact Customer Service" from the website menu.

- Choose the correct Product Type from the dropdown.
- Choose the service location "America"
- Click "Continue to contact form."

- Fill out all fields in the fillable form.
- Enter US12345678 in the VAT section.
- Provide a clear description of the issue in the Error Description field.
- Ask your dealer to keep the support team updated to help expedite service.

Please note that your data must be complete in order to process your request smoothly and fill out our form carefully.
2. Send in device
Send the defective device in the transport case provided to the desired service location in Europe or America
at your own expense.
3. Repair
We will examine the device to determine the cause of the damage. Devices that are not defective through no
fault of their own will be repaired free of charge. If a device is already out of warranty or has been
damaged by improper handling, the customer will be informed of this. The repair will then only be carried
out after approval of a cost estimate.
4. Return
The repaired device will be returned to you in its transport case free of shipping costs.
