Shopping is so easy in our shop:

1. Cart
   You order at our shop, by placing the items to your shopping cart. In the cart, you can check again all the items you have placed in the shopping cart, and if necessary change (delete items, update quantity).
2. a) Login for registered customers
   If you already have an account you can log in easily. With your access you will not need to recapture your address details again.
   
   b) Login for not registered customers
   Please click in "My Account" the button "Register" and complete the following pages provide the necessary information.
   
   Option: Quick login: User account registration
   Create a simple user account to view product information or test TKR OSCaR® app access.
   
   Option: Company Login: Register a company account
   This will allow you to view product information, purchase spare parts, invite your employees and manage access to the TKR OSCaR® app.
   
   On your next visit you will not need to recapture your address details again.
3. Checkout - Billing Information
   Select a billing address in your address book or create a new address.
4. Checkout - Shipping Information
   Insert a new address or select "Use billing address".
5. Checkout - Shipping Method
   Here you will specify the shipping costs. These are based on your shipping or billing address. For more information see Point 4: Shipping and Delivery.
6. Checkout - Payment Information
   Please remit the full amount to the account. For more information see Point 2:Payment.
7. Checkout - Order Review
   Here you can check your information for accuracy. By clicking the button "Place Order"you are making a binding offer. Then you will receive a confirmation from us via e-mail.
8. Conclusion of the sales agreement
   The receipt does not constitute acceptance of your offer, but will only inform you that your order is received. The purchase contract is only concluded by sending the ordered items.

You will receive the available payment options with your invoice after your purchase.

• Availability: "In stock"
  In our application system, a freely available stock is displayed in the central warehouse, ie, the product is immediately available from stock. The shipment of the product is the same, than the next working day (Monday to Friday) after activation of your order in our ordering system. Please note: When placing an order with several items, larger quantities of different goods and availability may cause delays in delivery. Please also note that when ordering by Payment in advance reservation and shipment can be only after receipt of the goods.
• Availability: "On request"
  The product is currently out of print. Usually the delivery time is between 1-4 weeks (depending on availability of items). Please contact our for more information.

We ship all orders via "FedEx 2Day® One Rate" for fast, reliable delivery within "2 business days".
